Applications are open for the singing competition at Wantage Music Festival (Oxfordshire, UK).

This rapidly growing competitive section covers all ages and different styles of singing.

There are 2 major cash prizes for Winners. These are the Opera Unmasked Award of £100 for Opera or Operetta (age limit 28 and under) and the John Miller Award of £100 for Song Recital (age limit 28 and under.)

The Vocal Adjudicator is Melanie Armistead who has taken leading roles with Opera North, Opera Northern Ireland, and English National Opera, etc. I’m sure that you’ll agree that Music Festivals not only give vocalists an opportunity to perform but can provide valuable feedback.

Singing Section will take place on Saturday 24th June: closing date for entries Friday 31st March.
